Mr. Abubakar Waheed is a senior productivity expert from Pakistan, working since 2007 in managing and coordinating projects related to sustainable productivity improvement, Cost reduction and skill development for manufacturing industry. He has a long track record as consultant, trainer, and researcher on issues pertaining to productivity improvement and skill development. He has been involved in Training of trainers (TOT), Supervisors, Quality Checkers, Management, Merchandisers and Operators training. He has been giving productivity guidelines to many of the renowned factories of Pakistan and has proven track record of sustainable productivity improvement. He has been involved in productivity improvement project at national level through UNDP / KSA Technopak providing Guidelines to Garment industry in i) Industrial Engineering, ii) Quality, iii) Cutting Room Managemnt, iv) Operation management, v) Lean and vi) PPC (Production Planning and control). He has a combined total of more than 14 years of productivity experience under his belt.
